Olivia Turner

Property Manager, Realtor

Olivia Turner is the property manager for Capstone Quarters and Traditions Condominium. Prior to joining the Spaces Management team in July 2018, she obtained her real estate license in 2017. While acting as the on-site manager for Capstone Quarters from July 2018 to August 2020, Olivia obtained the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. From August 2020 to October 2022, she worked as the on-site manager for The Walk, an off-campus student housing property. In November 2022, she returned to associations and is now managing both Capstone Quarters and Traditions Condominiums. She handles leasing for the two properties and holds an active real estate license.

Christina McCalpine Spaces Management

Christina McCalpine

On-Site Community Association Manager, Realtor

Christina McCalpine is the Property Manager of Crimson Place Condominiums and acting Manager of the Home Owner’s Association. Christina joined the Spaces Management team in August of 2019 and has begun using her interpersonal skills to become a prime team member. Christina began working in Tax Credit Property Management in 2013. Since 2014, she has served as a member of the Chamber of Commerce in the Birmingham Metropolitan area. During her six-year tenure in property management, Christina was annually presented with awards and received recognition. Her awards include the coveted Rising Star Award, and repeatedly received the Beautification Award from the City of Tarrant.

Before discovering her love for property management, she worked as a Customer Service Representative and a training lead for the Internal Revenue Service. Christina is a native of Tuscaloosa and a Stillman College Graduate where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. She is actively pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Marketing.

Wade Farris Spaces Management

Wade Farris

On-Site Community Association Manager, Single Family Rentals, Realtor

Wade Farris is the onsite Property Manager and Community Association Manager for Traditions Condominiums. Farris also handles leasing and is a licensed Realtor. Farris joined the Spaces Management team in June of 2019 and has led many community improvement projects to date.

Prior to joining Spaces Management, Farris was a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty here in Tuscaloosa, building relationships with home buyers and sellers, mortgage lenders, and fellow Realtors and served on the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtor’s Safety Committee. Prior to Real Estate, Farris spent 38 years in Retail Management, guiding the teams of various Specialty and Big Box Retail Stores. Farris is a native of Tuscaloosa and a Holt High School graduate. He is pursuing the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through CAI.

Tommy Ford Spaces management

Tommy Ford

As associate athletics director, Tommy Ford retired from the University of Alabama Athletics Department on Sept. 1, 2019. Ford, a native of Gadsden, Alabama, earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama in 1978 and his M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University in 1998.

As a student at Alabama from 1974-78, Ford served in the SGA Senate, Jasons, and the Kappa Alpha Order, and during his senior year (1977-78), was sports editor of The Crimson White school newspaper. After graduating from the Capstone, Ford returned to Gadsden before going back to the University in 1982.

From 1982-87, Ford worked for the National Alumni Association in alumni chapter development and fundraising. In 1987, he was hired as assistant ticket manager in the Athletics Department and then was promoted to ticket manager, a position in which he served from 1987-93. From 1993-2006, Ford was director of TIDE PRIDE, the Athletics Department’s football and basketball ticket priority program for thirteen years.

From 2006-2009, Ford served as director of the Athletics Department’s new annual fund, the A+ Incentives Program, now known as the Crimson Tide Scholarship Fund. From 2009 until his retirement from the University, Ford oversaw the A-Club Alumni Association, the school’s official letter-winners organization, and the Red Elephant Club booster groups. In the summer of 2020, Ford joined Tuscaloosa’s Spaces Realty LLC as a realtor, specializing in luxury condominiums located in the “footprint” of Bryant-Denny Stadium and Coleman Coliseum.

Ford is the author or co-author of ten books: Alabama’s Family Tides; The University of Alabama All-Access Football Vault®; the Alabama-Auburn Rivalry Football Vault®; Bear Bryant on Leadership; Tornado to National Title #14; Crimson Domination: The Process Behind Alabama’s 15th National Championship; A Season to Remember: Faith in the Midst of the Storm; Crimson Mission: Coach Saban & the Tide Silence Critics with 16th National Championship; The University of Alabama Football Vault®, and 17 (the story of Alabama’s 2017 national championship).

Ford is married to the former Robin Rich of Gadsden, and the couple has one son, 23-year-old John Michael.

Macy Hunt

Area Property Manager, Realtor

Macy Hunt began work as a Real estate assistant in her hometown of Tupelo, Mississippi, in 2016. She grew to love the real estate industry and moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she obtained her real estate license in 2019. Macy worked as a real estate assistant and a licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Realty. As a Realtor, her love for community associations grew, leading her to join the Spaces team in 2020. Macy is the onsite property manager and community association manager at Capstone Quarters. She also handles leasing and holds an active Real Estate license.

Brooke Herring

On-Site Community Association Manager, Realtor

Brooke Herring joined the Spaces Management team as part of the Association Management division in June of 2019 and oversees the property management of the University Downs Condominium Home Owner’s Association. Brooke joins our team with eleven years of experience in the Tuscaloosa property management market. She is currently working on expanding her education through CAI by completing the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

Brooke has been a resident of Tuscaloosa County for 25 years. She has one daughter who currently attends Shelton State Community College as a member of the Lady Bucs softball team and one son who attends Northside High School and plays varsity baseball.
